How does FOXPOST work?

Put your desired items into the cart at the webshop – when asked about delivery, choose the FOXPOST option. As soon as your parcel is ready to be delivered, our courier takes it from the webshop. When the next working day comes, we take it to your chosen FOXPOST Terminal. When the parcel is in place, you will receive the opening code for your locker. The only thing left to do is to taking a short trip to the terminal, entering the code and finding your parcel behind one of the locker doors.

I don’t like the ordered product. Can I return it and if yes, how?

Of course! FOXPOST is the simplest way to return a parcel. If you have made your order to be delivered to one of our terminals, you can return it for free in 14 days by entering the code received via text message. Put your parcel back in the locker and it’s ready to go!

I have lost my code and can’t return the parcel. What should I do?

Don’t panic! Just give a ring to our customer service team on working days between 9 AM and 9 PM on 06/1/999­0369. They will resend the code to your mobile, but only to the number you had given otherwise, your parcel would not be secured!

What happens if I can’t fetch my parcel on time?

If you can’t make it to the terminal for any reason, please call our customer service team and we will try to find a way for your parcel to make its way to you.

How long do you keep the parcels in the terminals for?

You will find your parcel in the terminal for 3 days.

My favourite webshop doesn’t offer a FOXPOST option for delivery. Why?

There’s a decent possibility that they haven’t made the service accessible yet. Just send us an e-mail with the name of the webshop and we will get in contact with them to provide the FOXPOST service to them sooner rather than later. You can even tell the webshop about us to speed things up!

Is my parcel protected by insurance?

Of course, FOXPOST insures your parcels to the highest value in Hungary (300 000 HUF).

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

After our courier has received the parcel from the webshop, you can find it in the appropriate terminal in one working day.

What are my payment options?

Only credit/debit cards are accepted for safety and transparency reasons. Our network uses the high security payment system of OTP for transactions.

Do you accept cash?

No, but for a good reason. Your parcel is protected by maximum security only if we don’t accept cash payments.

What’s the largest and heaviest parcel you accept?

62 x 60 x 36 cms and 25 kgs.

I have received a text message but I can’t find the code?

Unfortunately, you have chosen a different way of delivery, not a FOXPOST cabinet.
