Convenient with no compromise!

If you are a registered customer, you can have your parcel delivered to the doorstep of the recipient instead of a FOXPOST automatic parcel locker. The recipient does not need to be at the ready all day long: our couriers undertake to deliver within a 2-hour delivery window, indeed, the recipients can contact the couriers, as we do not withhold their contact data.

Register at foxpost.hu, and then you can request home delivery. With home delivery you can use extra services such as fragile parcel handling and cash on delivery. Once you have deposited your parcel in the terminal, the recipient receives notification by email and in a text message about the expected time of our courier’s arrival. Consignments are delivered on business days between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

Would you like to send it with cash on delivery?

Sign in and then choose “Send a new parcel”. In the Amount of cash on delivery field enter the amount payable by the recipient upon accepting delivery. If the recipient picks up the parcel from the locker, they can pay with their bank card. In the case of home delivery payment is made by cash to the courier.

The recipient has 3 days to pick up the parcel if it was sent to a locker. The cash paid on delivery is credited to us when the parcel is delivered to and received by the recipient, then it is transferred to the sender. In case of home delivery the amount is transferred in 3 business days from receipt.

In case of home delivery the cash on delivery is paid by the recipient to the courier in cash.

It is kept for 4 days, then returned to our warehouse where it is stored for one more week. During this period both the recipient and the sender may request repeated delivery, for a fee of HUF 1099.
If repeated delivery is requested, the parcel is returned to the sender to the terminal where it was originally dispatched and a fee of HUF 500 will be charged.
